Booking
/ Security Deposits / Service Charge:
The following is payable to secure accommodation:
€200 refundable deposit, provided the Accommodation is left in the same
condition as it was received in, and all utility bills and rent has been
paid up to date.
€200 fuel deposit will be collected at the beginning of the term; the meters will be read when the students move in and again when on the student is leaving and the cost calculated.
It is expected the €200 will cover the term if students manage it properly.
€100
service charge covers broadband internet access and refuge collection for
the year. ( Note: Not applicable when paying per academic term )
Rental Payments:
Rent is paid by academic term when moving in. (You will see the weekly rate
for the room type you have booked above)

The second option is to pay the rent per Month, paid on the 1st day of each Month by standing order.
