Room Rates For Academic Year 2010-2011

ROOM TYPES AND CHARGES

Booking / Security Deposits:
The following is payable to secure accommodation:
€300 refundable deposit provided the Accommodation is left in the same condition as it was received in. and all utility bills and rent has been paid up to date.

 Annual charge of  €100 to cover Refuse Collection, Broadband Internet and TV License for the year. €200 fuel deposit will be collected at the beginning of the year, the meters will be read when the students move in and again the end of May on leaving and the cost calculated. It is expected the €200 will cover the year if students manage it properly.

Rental Payments:
Rent is paid in two moiety's, the first on the first of September for 20 weeks and the second due on the 12th of January for 18 weeks.

There is a second option to pay the rent over 8 payments. 1st of September the first payment is paid when moving in and 7 more payments on the 1st day of each Month through to the 1st of April by standing order, there is no payment in May.
